Cars and trains...

Aidan was invited over a friend's house to play on Tuesday. He got to play with LOTS of trains, a motorized car, their dog Penny, a little swimming and even had some homemade pizza for lunch. He had a blast and had two playmates what could be better. He was a really big fan of the car even as a passenger. He got a chance to drive but didn't mind riding shotgun either. The car even had a radio, it was great. I'm pretty sure they would have played with this all day if the battery hadn't run out. After the car fun was done they hopped in the pool to cool off a bit and splashed around. Aidan attempted the little slide but pretty much just fell in the pool. When everyone was done with the pool we made our way back inside where they played with trains and lunch was made. Aidan still needs some practice at staying seated while eating other places besides home but overall he was good. After lunch the kids played a little longer before we made our way home for naptime. It was a nice relaxing day and everyone seemed to have fun!
